I used to make this soup when I ran the restaurant it was a favorite. Hope you enjoy.

  • 1 large
    ring polish kiebassa( sliced in rings)
  • 4 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 large
    onion (diced)
  • 2 large
    carrots( diced)
  • 2 stalk(s)
    celery( diced)
  • 4 small
    potatoes( diced)
  • 1 large
    head of cabbage( cut up)
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    white pepper
  • 3 clove
    garlic (diced fine)

How to Make Sausage and Cabbage soup


  1. In large soup kettle put all ingredience.
  2. Bring to a boil and turn down to simmer, and cover.
  3. Simmer for about an hour or until cabbage is wilted and veggies are done.
  4. If soup looks dry add more water.
