I used to make this soup when I ran the restaurant it was a favorite. Hope you enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 large ring polish kiebassa( sliced in rings)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 2 large carrots( diced)
  • 2 stalks celery( diced)
  • 4 small potatoes( diced)
  • 1 large head of cabbage( cut up)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic (diced fine)

How To Make sausage and cabbage soup

  • Step 1
    In large soup kettle put all ingredience.
  • Step 2
    Bring to a boil and turn down to simmer, and cover.
  • Step 3
    Simmer for about an hour or until cabbage is wilted and veggies are done.
  • Step 4
    If soup looks dry add more water.
