sausage and cabbage soup
I used to make this soup when I ran the restaurant it was a favorite. Hope you enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1 large ring polish kiebassa( sliced in rings)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 2 large carrots( diced)
- 2 stalks celery( diced)
- 4 small potatoes( diced)
- 1 large head of cabbage( cut up)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 3 cloves garlic (diced fine)
How To Make sausage and cabbage soup

Step 1In large soup kettle put all ingredience.

Step 2Bring to a boil and turn down to simmer, and cover.

Step 3Simmer for about an hour or until cabbage is wilted and veggies are done.

Step 4If soup looks dry add more water.
