Ingredients For pork and roasted vegtable stew

2 lbpork loin

1 lgonion

1 stalkcelery

! cflour

1 tspgarlic salt

1 tsppaprica

1 smyellow squash
-
1 smgreen squash

1 lgcarrots

1 cfresh grean beans

3 Tbspolive oil

3 cchicken broth

1/2 cwhite wine

1 lggarlic (diced fine)

1recipe grandmas homemade noodles
How To Make pork and roasted vegtable stew

1Cut pork in small cubes.

2In a small bag add flour and garlic salt, paprika, salt, and pepper, add meat cubes and coat well.

3Put garlic in ram akin and put in 325 degree oven to roast. Cut up the two squashes, carrots, and the green beans put on flat pan add to oven to roast.

4I a sauté pan add olive oil onion and celery sauté till soft, remove from pan set aside,

5Shake off excess flour add meat to sauté pan and brown on all sides.

6Remove from pan set aside. Deglaze pan with wine.

7In slow cooker add chicken broth, onion, celery, meat, and wine.

8Remove roasted vegetable's from oven sprinkle with parmesan cheese add to slow cooker.

9Cook on low 3 hours.

10Make Grandmas Home Made Noodles and let dry.

11About 30 minutes before stew is done boil 1/2 noodles till done drain and add to slow cooker,
