Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork loin
- 1 large onion
- 1 stalk celery
- ! cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon paprica
- 1 small yellow squash
- 1 small green squash
- 1 large carrots
- 1 cup fresh grean beans
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 large garlic (diced fine)
- 1 - recipe grandmas homemade noodles
How To Make pork and roasted vegtable stew

Step 1Cut pork in small cubes.

Step 2In a small bag add flour and garlic salt, paprika, salt, and pepper, add meat cubes and coat well.

Step 3Put garlic in ram akin and put in 325 degree oven to roast. Cut up the two squashes, carrots, and the green beans put on flat pan add to oven to roast.

Step 4I a sauté pan add olive oil onion and celery sauté till soft, remove from pan set aside,

Step 5Shake off excess flour add meat to sauté pan and brown on all sides.

Step 6Remove from pan set aside. Deglaze pan with wine.

Step 7In slow cooker add chicken broth, onion, celery, meat, and wine.

Step 8Remove roasted vegetable's from oven sprinkle with parmesan cheese add to slow cooker.

Step 9Cook on low 3 hours.

Step 10Make Grandmas Home Made Noodles and let dry.

Step 11About 30 minutes before stew is done boil 1/2 noodles till done drain and add to slow cooker,
