How to Make Paleo Italian Stew

Step-by-Step

  1. In a 6 quart pan, brown sausage along with the peppers and onions-(if there is alot of fat you may want to use a folded paper towel in the bottom of the pot to absorb some of it.) add the garlic and the rest of the ingredients, and simmer for about 30 minutes. This will keep in the refrigerator and really is even better the 2nd day.
