Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds browned mild italian sausage, skin removed. i've even used banquet sausage links with good results
- 6 cups chopped zucchini-leave skins on
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 2 cups chopped green peppers
How To Make italian zucchini soup

Step 1Brown sausage, add the zucchini, celery, onion and stewed tomatoes, and the remaining ingredients and cook in a crock pot over night or around 7 hours. Serve with garlic bread and a salad.
