browned mild italian sausage, skin removed. i've even used banquet sausage links with good results

chopped zucchini-leave skins on
2 c
chopped celery
1 c
chopped onion
2 can(s)
stewed tomatoes
2 tsp
1 tsp
oregano, dried
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
basil, dried
1 tsp
italian seasoning
2 c
chopped green peppers

How to Make Italian Zucchini Soup


  • 1Brown sausage, add the zucchini, celery, onion and stewed tomatoes, and the remaining ingredients and cook in a crock pot over night or around 7 hours. Serve with garlic bread and a salad.
