Ingredients
- 1 pound potatoes, scrubbed clean and cubed, i used red potatoes
- 2-1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 - celery stalks, chopped
- 8 - green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1-1/2 cup fat free milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup fat-free evaporated milk
- 1-1/2 pound medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
How To Make creamy shrimp chowder

Step 1Place broth in lg pot. Add potatoes, celery, onions and red bell pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 mins.

Step 2Stir in fat-free milk, gently mesh veggies w/ potato masher. In bowl, combine flour and evaporated milke w/ whisk. Add to chowder.

Step 3Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring until thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Cook, stirring until shrimp turns pink, about 3 mins.
