    package refrigerated potatoes
  • 1/2
    yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper
  • 1 c
    fat free milk
  • 4 c
    fat free chicken broth
  • 1 c
    shredded american cheese blend

How to Make Crock Pot Cheesy Potato and Sausage Soup


  1. Add potatoes, onions, and chicken broth to the crock pot. Season with salt, garlic powder, and red pepper. Stir. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours. Add the sausage, cheese, and milk. Stir and continue cooking an additional hour. Garnish with additional cheese and sour cream if desired. Enjoy!
