Ingredients

  • 1
    package refrigerated diced potatoes with onions
  • 1
    carton reduced sodium fat free chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 3 1/2 c
    broccoli cuts
  • 2 c
    cooked ham, diced
  • 1/2 c
    fat free milk
  • 1 1/4 c
    shredded american cheese blend

How to Make Cheesy Crock Pot Potato Ham and Broccoli Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Add all ingredients to the crock pot except for ham and cheese. Cook on low 6-8 hours. During last 30 minutes of cooking stir in the cheese and ham. Garnish with extra cheese if desired. Enjoy!
