- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 cups cream corn
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups sliced carrots
- 3 cups milk, whole

Step 1Heat in the bottom of a soup kettle onion, butter and water

Step 2Add carrots and corn Stirring occasionally until carrots are cooked through.

Step 3Add milk, salt and pepper. Stir until hot. Serve with homemade hot rolls or oyster crackers.
