Ingredients

  • 2
    yellow squash, chopped
  • 2
    zucchini, chopped
  • 2
    yellow peppers, chopped
  • 2
    red peppers, chopped
  • 4
    celery stalks, chopped
  • 1/2
    onion, chopped
  • 1 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1 can(s)
    diced tomatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    kidney beans, rinsed
  • 1
    chili mix packet
  • 1 c
    beef bullion

How to Make Turkey Veggie Chili

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook turkey in large pot.
  2. Add veggies and rest of ingredients.
  3. Cover, bring to boil, stir, reduce heat, let simmer on low until all vegetables cook down, about an hour. Don't worry if it looks like there isn't enough liquid, the vegetables will cook down. Resist the urge to add water or broth.
