Ingredients
- 2 - yellow squash, chopped
- 2 - zucchini, chopped
- 2 - yellow peppers, chopped
- 2 - red peppers, chopped
- 4 - celery stalks, chopped
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 - chili mix packet
- 1 cup beef bullion
How To Make turkey veggie chili

Step 1Cook turkey in large pot.

Step 2Add veggies and rest of ingredients.

Step 3Cover, bring to boil, stir, reduce heat, let simmer on low until all vegetables cook down, about an hour. Don't worry if it looks like there isn't enough liquid, the vegetables will cook down. Resist the urge to add water or broth.
