- 1/2 bottle low sodium tomato juice
- 1/2 cup no salt added tomato sauce
- 2 cans light and dark kidney beans
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 pounds extra lean ground beef
- - chili powder
- - mrs. dash extra spicy seasoning
- - dash of onion powder
How To Make low sodium chili goodness

Step 1Cook your meat till its cooked and drain the meat.

Step 2Add the meat and everything else into a large pot and simmer till flavors blend. I let mine simmer for about 4 hours until we were ready to eat.

Step 3I served with Unsalted Crackers.
