    low sodium tomato juice
  • 1/2 c
    no salt added tomato sauce
  • 2 can(s)
    light and dark kidney beans
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 lb
    extra lean ground beef
  • ·
    chili powder
  • ·
    mrs. dash extra spicy seasoning
  • ·
    dash of onion powder

How to Make Low Sodium Chili Goodness

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook your meat till its cooked and drain the meat.
  2. Add the meat and everything else into a large pot and simmer till flavors blend. I let mine simmer for about 4 hours until we were ready to eat.
  3. I served with Unsalted Crackers.
