Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground chuck
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1- 15 oz cans kidney beans
- 1 large can pinto beans
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can chili ready diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 3-4 tablespoons steak sauce (i used an a-1 type)
- - seasoned salt (to taste)
- - ground red pepper (to taste)
- 2 packages chili seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- - hot sauce to your liking!

Step 1Brown meat with onions, pepper, and celery. Drain. I put it in a dutch oven at this point.

Step 2Add all other ingredients. Allow to simmer until the flavors marry. About 30 minutes-1 hour.
