- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 - ribs celery, thinly sliced
- 28 ounces can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups water
- 15 ounces can chili beans
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1Brown ground beef with the onions in a skillet, stirring until beef is crumbly; Drain. Stir in the celery, tomatoes, water, beans, salt, vinegar, chili powder and cinnamon. Simmer for 1 hour or longer, stirring occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
