Delicious Easy Chili
For the PointsPlus Weight Watcher Members, I have added up the points for every 1 cup serving.
1 lblean ground turkey, or lean ground beef
2 can(s)bush's chili beans (mild or hot sauce, depending on your preference)
2 can(s)delmonte original stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 can(s)cambell's tomatoe soup
1 largeonion, chopped
1 pkgmccormicks chili seasoning, mild or hot (your preference)
1/4 tspred pepper flakes (if you like it a bit spicy)
How to Make Delicious Easy Chili
- In a large Cast Iron, or non-stick Pot, add chopped onion and ground meat. Cook until meat is done. Add all other ingredients. Fill one empty Tomatoe Soup can with water and pour the water in all the other cans to rinse the juices out, (from one can to another), than add to the pot of chili. Cook for about 35 minutes. Enjoy!
- Note: For an added touch, you can top it off with Sour Cream and Shredded Cheddar Cheese. I did not include that in my weight watcher points, but if you aren't on weight watchers, go for it.
