delicious easy chili

This Chili is very simple to make, but it taste great. The family loves it and it goes fast. You can make it a bit spicy, or not, you choose. For the PointsPlus Weight Watcher Members, I have added up the points for every 1 cup serving. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey, or lean ground beef
  • 2 cans bush's chili beans (mild or hot sauce, depending on your preference)
  • 2 cans delmonte original stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 cans cambell's tomatoe soup
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 package mccormicks chili seasoning, mild or hot (your preference)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (if you like it a bit spicy)
  • 1 can water

How To Make delicious easy chili

  • Step 1
    In a large Cast Iron, or non-stick Pot, add chopped onion and ground meat. Cook until meat is done. Add all other ingredients. Fill one empty Tomatoe Soup can with water and pour the water in all the other cans to rinse the juices out, (from one can to another), than add to the pot of chili. Cook for about 35 minutes. Enjoy!
  • Step 2
    Note: For an added touch, you can top it off with Sour Cream and Shredded Cheddar Cheese. I did not include that in my weight watcher points, but if you aren't on weight watchers, go for it.
  • Step 3
    PointsPlus Weight Watcher Value = 5 points for a 1 cup serving.
