Ingredients

campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
low sodium chicken broth
1 can(s)
water
1 c
heavy cream
1 pkg
mahatma wild rice cooked (follow pkge instructions)
1 c
diced, onion (green & white mixed)
1 c
diced portabello mushrooms
1 c
sliced celery
1 c
cooked baby carrots (sliced)
2 c
grilled chicken breast
1 tsp
black pepper
2 Tbsp
butter

How to Make Creamy Chicken & Wild Rice Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cooked rice according to package directions.
  • 2Sauté all veggies with the butter (except carrots) while the rice is cooking.
  • 3Add chicken and pepper to sauté.
  • 4Add broth, soup, water and cream to medium heat.
  • 5Add carrots, rice and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
