This is the best recipe I've created! My family thinks it's my lasagna but I disagree. This soup is Delish!

Ingredients

  • 1 can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can water
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package mahatma wild rice cooked (follow pkge instructions)
  • 1 cup diced, onion (green & white mixed)
  • 1 cup diced portabello mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup cooked baby carrots (sliced)
  • 2 cups grilled chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

How To Make creamy chicken & wild rice soup

  • Step 1
    Cooked rice according to package directions.
  • Step 2
    Sauté all veggies with the butter (except carrots) while the rice is cooking.
  • Step 3
    Add chicken and pepper to sauté.
  • Step 4
    Add broth, soup, water and cream to medium heat.
  • Step 5
    Add carrots, rice and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
