Ingredients
- 48 ounces chicken broth
- 2 - chicken thighs
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup peas
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 cup cabbage chopped
- 1 - green onion copped
- 1 large celery stalk chopped
- 1/2 - green pepper chopped
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make nina's chicken vegetable soup

Step 1Poach chicken about 20 min. in broth. Take out after 20min and let the chicken rest.

Step 2Add vegetables and cook 30 min. Add diced chicken and cook 5 min. more.

Step 3Top bowl of soup with fresh grated parmesan reggiano. Enjoy!
