Ingredients

3 lbchicken breast w/ skin
-
7 cchicken stock (2-32 cartons)
-
1/2 tspeach, salt & pepper
-
3-4 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/2- 1 tspeach, gr. thyme & sage

1 tsponion powder
-
2 ceach, diced carrot & celery
-
1 pkg12oz egg noodles (amish)
How to Make Momma's Chicken Noodle Soup
- Place chicken, 1 cup of stock in pressure-cooker, sprinkle seasonings over chicken. Cook for 45-1 hour.
- Meanwhile, in a stock pot, add veggies to rest of chicken stock. Cover and simmer until veggies are tender.
- When chicken is done, let it cool then coarsely shred and add to stock pot. Also add extra stock from pressure cooker.
- Add noodles and cook for 15—20 minutes or until tender.
