Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken breast w/ skin
- 7 cups chicken stock (2-32 cartons)
- 1/2 teaspoon each, salt & pepper
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2- 1 teaspoons each, gr. thyme & sage
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups each, diced carrot & celery
- 1 package 12oz egg noodles (amish)
How To Make momma's chicken noodle soup

Step 1Place chicken, 1 cup of stock in pressure-cooker, sprinkle seasonings over chicken. Cook for 45-1 hour.

Step 2Meanwhile, in a stock pot, add veggies to rest of chicken stock. Cover and simmer until veggies are tender.

Step 3When chicken is done, let it cool then coarsely shred and add to stock pot. Also add extra stock from pressure cooker.

Step 4Add noodles and cook for 15—20 minutes or until tender.
