Egg Drop Soup

How to Make Egg Drop Soup
- In a small bowl, beat the egg with the water.
- Bring chicken broth to a simmer and add the sugar, salt and sesame oil.
- Stirring constantly, add the egg to the simmering broth.
As you stir, the egg will form strings.
- Stir in the scallion and remove from the heat.
Serve in individual bowls and garnish with chives.
