How to Make Cream of Chicken soup substitute
- Melt your butter in the sauce pot, Once melted, add your bouillon cube and stir. Then add the flour, whisking to create a roux.
- Let the roux cook for about 2 1/2 mins then add your can of broth. Stir until combined, Once thickened, add the half & half.
- Whisk until smooth, and make sure the bouillon cube has dissolved. Set aside to cool, and you're done! Ready for your casserole or soup in a jiffy! :)
