Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 4 - skinless chicken thighs, bone in
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup bowtie pasta
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • - cilantro for garnish

How To Make chicken,veggies & bowtie soup

  • Step 1
    In a large pot bring water to boil with the chicken...cook about 30 mins, till chicken is falling apart.
  • Step 2
    take the chicken out, let cool and shred...meanwhile add the rest of the ingredients, add shredded chicken back in and let simmer for about 15 more mins...until pasta is al dente ( firm to bite, not mushy)garnish with cilantro...and ENJOY...with fresh Italian bread...add salt and pepper to taste...ENJOY
