The first time I ever made this I was very young to make a long story short I ended up throwing it away right along with the pan I was using I got a little better at making it now. Enjoy

Ingredients

2 lb
beef chuck roast(diced)
1 large
onion(sliced)
3 clove
garlic(sliced)
1 stalk(s)
celery(diced)
3 large
carrots (chunked)
4 large
potatoes(chunked)
2 c
fresh grean beans
3 c
tomato juice
2 c
beef broth

SEASONED FLOUR

1 c
flour
1 tsp
paprica
1/2 tsp
garlic salt
1/4 tsp
white pepper
1/4 tsp
salt

How to Make My Mistake Beef Stew

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix seasoned flour; add beef chunks set aside.
  • 2Melt shortening in sauté pan add sliced onions sauté on low till onion is translucent add garlic and cook about 2 minutes.
  • 3Remove from pan set aside; shake excess flour from beef add to pan that had onion and brown on all sides.
  • 4Add tomato juice and all veggies to slow cooker and turn on high.
  • 5When beef is browned pour the beef broth into pan and deglaze. Add to slow cooker.
  • 6Cook about 4 hours on high. Serve
