my mistake beef stew
The first time I ever made this I was very young to make a long story short I ended up throwing it away right along with the pan I was using I got a little better at making it now. Enjoy

Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef chuck roast(diced)
- 1 large onion(sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic(sliced)
- 1 stalk celery(diced)
- 3 large carrots (chunked)
- 4 large potatoes(chunked)
- 2 cups fresh grean beans
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 2 cups beef broth
- SEASONED FLOUR
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon paprica
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make my mistake beef stew

Step 1Mix seasoned flour; add beef chunks set aside.

Step 2Melt shortening in sauté pan add sliced onions sauté on low till onion is translucent add garlic and cook about 2 minutes.

Step 3Remove from pan set aside; shake excess flour from beef add to pan that had onion and brown on all sides.

Step 4Add tomato juice and all veggies to slow cooker and turn on high.

Step 5When beef is browned pour the beef broth into pan and deglaze. Add to slow cooker.

Step 6Cook about 4 hours on high. Serve
