Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pds lean ground beef
- 3 med sweet potatoes peeled, halved cut into 1in cubes
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 -14 once can beef broth
- 1 teas ground cumin
- 1 teas ground black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-18 ounce can crushed tomatos, undrained
- 3/4 cup raisons
How To Make ground beef and sweet potato stew

Step 1In a 4-quart cooking pot combine ground beef, sweet potatoes and onion soup mix. Stir broth, cumin, , ground black pepper and garlicinto mixture in the pot.

Step 2Cook the ingrediances in pot on stove on high till it strikes a boil, thrn turn down to a simmer. Then simmer for 45 or 50 min until sweet poatoes are done. Serve with finely diced onion and shreded cheese of your choice as a topping
