2 lbred potatoes, large dice

1 mdbell pepper, large dice

1 mdjalapeno pepper, finely diced

5 mdcarrots, large dice

2 stalkcelery, large dice

1 (14oz.) cangreen beans

1 Tbspgarlic, minced

1 Tbspcumin

3 cbeef bouillon
-
1/2 tsppowdered cayenne pepper

2 tspsalt
-
1 tspblack pepper
-
1 tsppowdered or granuled garlic
-
1/2 tspcajun seasoning
-
1/2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
1 Tbspdried oregano
-
1/2 tsppaprika
-
1 Tbspbutter
-
4 cwater
How To Make all american beef stew
-
1In a large stew pot, add butter and allow to melt on me./low heat. Next, add the stew meat, cajun seasoning, and 1 teas. salt. Allow stew meat to brown, stirring occasionally. (12 to 15 minutes)

2Next, add worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, powdered or granuled garlic, oregano, and paprika. Stir together well.

3Next, starting with the beef bouillon and water, add everything else, except the carrots and green beans.

4Add top to stew pot and allow to simmer for 35 - 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Next, add the carrots and green beans, stir, add lid back to stew pot, allow to simmer 20 more minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
