Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat, large dice
- 2 pounds red potatoes, large dice
- 1 medium bell pepper, large dice
- 1 medium yellow onion, small dice
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper, finely diced
- 5 medium carrots, large dice
- 2 stalks celery, large dice
- 1 (14oz.) can green beans
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 3 cups beef bouillon
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon powdered or granuled garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cups water
How To Make all american beef stew

Step 1In a large stew pot, add butter and allow to melt on me./low heat. Next, add the stew meat, cajun seasoning, and 1 teas. salt. Allow stew meat to brown, stirring occasionally. (12 to 15 minutes)

Step 2Next, add worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, powdered or granuled garlic, oregano, and paprika. Stir together well.

Step 3Next, starting with the beef bouillon and water, add everything else, except the carrots and green beans.

Step 4Add top to stew pot and allow to simmer for 35 - 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Next, add the carrots and green beans, stir, add lid back to stew pot, allow to simmer 20 more minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
