Ingredients
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 large chopped red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped, fresh, bottled garlic
- 1 cup chopped frozen hash browns
- 15 oz. cans undrained black beans
- 2 1/2 cans vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 cup chopped swiss chard
How To Make hearty brazilian bean soup

Step 1Place 1/2 cp. of the vegetable broth, onions, celery, garlic, and bell pepper in a large saucepan. Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients except chard.

Step 3Cook over low heat for 20 min. Add Swiss Chard and cook for 5 minutes.
