chopped frozen hash browns
15 oz. can(s)
undrained black beans
2 1/2 can(s)
vegetable broth
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 Tbsp
parsley flakes
1/2 tsp
fennel seeds
1 c
chopped swiss chard

How to Make Hearty Brazilian Bean Soup


  • 1Place 1/2 cp. of the vegetable broth, onions, celery, garlic, and bell pepper in a large saucepan. Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • 2Add remaining ingredients except chard.
  • 3Cook over low heat for 20 min. Add Swiss Chard and cook for 5 minutes.
