These are the best beans you will ever eat. If you live in Colorado they are at most grocery stores. Outside of Colorado you might have to order them online. They cook fast with no soaking and are gas free. (Did I say that?) Once you try them they will be the only beans you will ever use.

    anasazi beans
  • 1
    onion chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • ·
    black pepper to taste
  • 2 c
    cubed ham
  • 6 c
  • ·
    carrots or celery chopped (optional)

How to Make Anasazi Beans And Ham Soup


  1. Throw everything in a pot, bring to boil then simmer until done.
  2. You can serve it over rice or eat it as a soup with crackers or crusty bread. Easy!!
