anasazi beans and ham soup
These are the best beans you will ever eat. If you live in Colorado they are at most grocery stores. Outside of Colorado you might have to order them online. They cook fast with no soaking and are gas free. (Did I say that?) Once you try them they will be the only beans you will ever use.

Ingredients
- 1 bag anasazi beans
- 1 - onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- - black pepper to taste
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 6 cups water
- - carrots or celery chopped (optional)
How To Make anasazi beans and ham soup

Step 1Throw everything in a pot, bring to boil then simmer until done.

Step 2You can serve it over rice or eat it as a soup with crackers or crusty bread. Easy!!
