Ingredients

  • 1
    medium onion chopped
  • 2
    zucchini, sliced
  • 32 oz
    chicken broth
  • 28 oz
    crushed tomatoes
  • 15 oz
    canned great northern beans
  • 2 Tbsp
    basil (fresh or 1 tbsp dried)
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 8 oz
    dry cheese filled tortelini

How to Make Weight Watchers Italian Tortellini Stew

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients, except tortellini, bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer and simmer for about 1 hr. or till all veggies are very tender.
  2. Add tortellini and simmer for about 30 min longer, or till tortellini is cooked. Enjoy!!
