  • 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange juice
  • ·
    thinly slice oatmeal bread, buttered

How to Make Vintage Date and Fig Sandwiches


  1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients, save the bread. Blend well.
  2. Take a small loaf pan line with wax paper, with excess sticking out the side. Spray with non-stick olive oil spray.
  3. Put mixture into pan. Press firmly into the pan to make a condense loaf.
  4. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  5. Pull out of pan by the excess wax paper.
  6. Slice and serve between two slices of buttered bread.
