Ingredients
- tamari
- 7 carrots
- 1lb bag frozen green beans or 3 cups fresh
- 1 onion
- 5 celery stalks
- 1 bag red lentils
- thyme oregano sage garlic powder
- shredded cheese
How To Make vegitarian lentil soup

Step 1cover the bottom of large pan with tamari. saute chopped onion and chopped celery in tamari until done

Step 2add maybe 10 cups of water and carrots beans and lentils

Step 3add pepper oregano garlic powder sage thyme to taste

Step 4simmer until veggies are cooked. you may have to add more water. i don't measure anything.

Step 5top with your favorite shredded cheese
