Vegan-Creamy Celery Potato Soup

This is one for those of you who are Vegan. I am trying to become vegan. I had the Roux-en-Y Surgery and can't eat Cheese and Meat anymore. Well, hope you enjoy.

8 mediumpotatoes (peeled and cubed)

2 smallonions (chopped)

10 smallstalks of celery (cut into pieces)

1 cof cashews

1 cof water

2 tspof salt
-
4 Tbspof mckay's chicken style seasoning

5 Tbspof nutritional yeast flakes
How to Make Vegan-Creamy Celery Potato Soup
- 1.) Cook potatoes, celery and onions in enough water to cover and go about 3 fingers over the potatoes.
- 2.) Blend cashews(in Blender) in 1 cup of warm water until very smooth(not grainy).
- 3.) Add seasonings to the blender and blend
4.) After potatoes have been boiling for about 10-15 minutes add Cashew mixture and stir.
5.) Cook for another 30 minutes or until the soup thickens to your desired consistency and potatoes are done.
