This is one for those of you who are Vegan. I am trying to become vegan. I had the Roux-en-Y Surgery and can't eat Cheese and Meat anymore. Well, hope you enjoy.

Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 2 small onions (chopped)
- 10 small stalks of celery (cut into pieces)
- 1 cup of cashews
- 1 cup of water
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 4 tablespoons of mckay's chicken style seasoning
- 5 tablespoons of nutritional yeast flakes
How To Make vegan-creamy celery potato soup

Step 11.) Cook potatoes, celery and onions in enough water to cover and go about 3 fingers over the potatoes.

Step 22.) Blend cashews(in Blender) in 1 cup of warm water until very smooth(not grainy).

Step 33.) Add seasonings to the blender and blend 4.) After potatoes have been boiling for about 10-15 minutes add Cashew mixture and stir. 5.) Cook for another 30 minutes or until the soup thickens to your desired consistency and potatoes are done.
