Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 large can chicken broth (3 lbs. 1.5 ozs.)
- 1 small package of chopped frozen spinach
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 1 package three cheese tortellini
- 1/2 can parmesan cheese
How To Make tortellini soup

Step 1Cook garlic and onion in oil until translucent.

Step 2Add chicken broth, tomatoes, spinach and basil. Cook until spinach is tender.

Step 3Shut off heat and add tortellini.

Step 4Keep pot on burner until tortellini is done.

Step 5Add parmesan cheese
