Ingredients
- - 2 lb.ground beef
- - 1 package of dry taco seasoning
- - 1 quart of canned tomatoes with juice
- - 1 large can of kidney beans
- - 1 1/2 can of corn or 1 pack frozen corn
- - 1 onion chopped
- - 1 green pepper chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
How To Make taco soup

Step 1Brown ground beef and when almost done add onions & green pepper. Saute until onions are clear.

Step 2Add Taco mix with 1 cup water. Allow to simmer 6 minutes.

Step 3In large kettle or stock pot mix all ingredients together.Cook on low for 30 or 40 minutes.

Step 4When done top with shredded cheese and sour cream. Serve with corn chips or corn bread.
