tomatoes, petite diced with liquid

rotel tomatoes and green chilies, mild

pinto beans, with liquid
2 pkg
lawry's taco seasoning
2 pkg
ranch dressing dry mix

How to Make Taco Soup


  • 1Brown ground beef and the chopped onion. Drain and place in large pot or Dutch oven.
  • 2Add all listed ingredients.
  • 3Add a little water and cook slowly for at least 30 minutes. Longer is better.
  • 4Top with grated cheddar cheese and chopped green onions, if desired.
    Good with cornbread or tortilla chips.
