Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 2 cans tomatoes, petite diced with liquid
- 2 cans rotel tomatoes and green chilies, mild
- 2 cans corn
- 2 cans pinto beans, with liquid
- 2 packages lawry's taco seasoning
- 2 packages ranch dressing dry mix
How To Make taco soup

Step 1Brown ground beef and the chopped onion. Drain and place in large pot or Dutch oven.

Step 2Add all listed ingredients.

Step 3Add a little water and cook slowly for at least 30 minutes. Longer is better.

Step 4Top with grated cheddar cheese and chopped green onions, if desired. Good with cornbread or tortilla chips.
