Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey or lean ground sirloin
- 2 large green peppers, chopped
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 32 ounces low sodium swanson beef broth (box)
- 2 - boil in bags brown rice
How To Make stuffed pepper soup

Step 1Chop onion and green peppers. Put in dutch oven or soup pot, sprayed with Pam cooking spray, and add turkey and seasonings. Brown together till meat is browned and vegs are soft.

Step 2Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.Stir and bring to boil over medium high heat.

Step 3Cut open the 2 bags of brown boil in bag rice and add to soup. Stir. Cover and simmer on medium low for about an hour, stirring occasionally.

Step 4When you spoon it into bowls you can sprinkle with parmesan or mozzarella cheese and serve with hot rolls or crackers.
