- 1 large spanish onion, chopped
- 3 large carrots peeled and chopped
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- 20 liters water
- 1 1/2 cups chicken soup base
- 1 bag yellow or green split peas
- 3 cups ham chopped
How To Make split pea & ham soup

Step 1add chopped vegetables to soup pot , add the water and chicken soup base,

Step 2bring to a boil, turn down to a light boil ,add ham and peas. cook until pea are tender.

Step 3take off and cool. next day, first thing in morning heat over low heat
