This is a quick, easy & favorite local dish just about every body makes here in Hawaii. I make it about once a week.
My family loves it on fresh cooked rice...


I have kind of wonder how much calories & so forth are in my recipes. Now taht am on a diet. Am adding them up. So Am gonna add in the calorie count on all that I can.

Ingredients

cabbage, shredded
2 can(s)
spam, cubed
1/3 tsp
salt and pepper
1
bay leaf
dash(es)
soy sauce

Step-By-Step

1Clean & shred the cabbage.
2Put in a large pot with enough water to cover all the cabbage.
3Season with salt, pepper, bay leaf & soy sauce.
4Boil until cabbage is almost tender.
5Add in the spam & cook for about 10 mins more.
