Ingredients
- - onion skins
- - celery
- - carrots
- - garlic
- - parsley
- - bay leaves
- - red pepper scraps
- - broccoli stems
- - misc. spices of choice
- - misc. veggie scraps of choice
- - 2 quarts water
- - 2 tbsp salt (preferably kosher)
How To Make scrap stock

Step 1Keep all scraps and discarded waste from food prep in a resealable bag in your freezer.

Step 2When full, add contents to slow cooker and add water, spices of choice, and salt

Step 3Cook HIGH for 1 hour and LOW for 3 hours. Strain and store in fridge for later cooking. Lasts up to 2 weeks.
