Ingredients
- 5-6 medium potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1/4 liter milk
- 1 liter water
- 30 grams butter
- gram salt,pepper,curry or chili as desired
- slice old bread slices
How To Make potato soup

Step 1Cut the onion into small pieces and steam it in a little butter until glassy.

Step 2Add the peeled and diced potatoes and fill up with water and milk.

Step 3Cook for about 15 minutes until soft, while cutting the bread into cubes and roasting in butter until crispy.

Step 4Season to taste with salt and spices, then add the bread cubes. Experiment with sunflower seeds or sesame seeds roasted briefly and dry in a pan. This goes very well with cream soups.
