This is a recipe for a soup to up your potassium level. We need around 5000 mg a day and a banana only has around 400. Keeping your potassium up can make all the difference in how you feel.

    potato, cubed

    onion, chopped

    carrot, diced
  • 1
    parsnip, diced

    rib celery, diced

    clove garlic
  • 2 lb
    beef ribs
  • olive oil
  • grass fed butter
  • beef stock, unsalted
  • sea salt
  • 4 c
    fresh spinach
  • 1 can
    white beans, no sodium kind
  • options- sweet potato instead of white, add dried apricots, add acorn squash
  • alternative - use chicken on the bone and chicken stock instead of beef

How To Make potassium rich soup

    Soften in real butter and olive oil.

    Add stock with herbs of choice and Celtic salt.

    Boil then simmer ( max 2 hours for those who are concerned re glutamine)

    Near the end add the more delicate green vegetables.

    Remove the bones. Chop meat from the bones and add to the broth.
