Ingredients
- 1 - potato, cubed
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - carrot, diced
- 1 - parsnip, diced
- 1 - rib celery, diced
- 1 - clove garlic
- 2 pounds beef ribs
- - olive oil
- - grass fed butter
- - beef stock, unsalted
- - sea salt
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 can white beans, no sodium kind
- - options- sweet potato instead of white, add dried apricots, add acorn squash
- - alternative - use chicken on the bone and chicken stock instead of beef
How To Make potassium rich soup

Step 1Soften in real butter and olive oil.

Step 2Add stock with herbs of choice and Celtic salt.

Step 3Boil then simmer ( max 2 hours for those who are concerned re glutamine)

Step 4Near the end add the more delicate green vegetables.

Step 5Remove the bones. Chop meat from the bones and add to the broth.
