polish zupa truskawkowy (strawberry soup)
I've only made this a few times, I had tasted this at some restaurant in New York so I looked it up but could only find different soups that were similar, so I kind of winged it when I was making it but it came out pretty ok. I hope you like it! Also, I put a fresh sprig of chocolate mint to give it a good look and a bite to the taste:)

Ingredients
- - sugar to taste
- - kluski noodles, cooked or croutons
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 cups strawberries, sliced
- 6 cups water
- scoop sour cream
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
How To Make polish zupa truskawkowy (strawberry soup)

Step 1Place strawberries in large pot of water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until soft. (6-8 minutes)

Step 2Remove pot from heat.

Step 3Puree with immersion blender, conventional blender, or food processor.

Step 4Dissolve cornstarch in milk, temper and whisk into hot soup. Sweeten to taste with sugar.

Step 5Return to heat, barely bring to boil and simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 6Portion kluski noodles/croutons into bowls and dallop with sour cream.
