I love Pho soups, although I have made from scratch, it is very time consuming. So I came up with a short cut to satify my craving, I use Chicken Bone Broth & Beef Brisket, but also can be made vegetarian, many combinations with different broths & proteins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broth, any
  • 3 slices favorite deli meat
  • 1 bunch rice thin noodles (pho)
  • 1 bunch fresh bean sprouts
  • 3 slices jalapenos (or to taste)
  • sliced scallions to taste
  • cilantro to taste
  • siracha to taste

How To Make "my almost" pho soup

  • Step 1
    bring the broth to simmer, add in the noodles cook about 5 mins
  • Step 2
    place in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Enjoy!
