How to Make Mexican Avocado Soup


  • 1Place avocado in the container of an electric blender or food processor, and process until smooth.
  • 2Combine pureed avocado, milk, and the next 7 ingredients; stir well.
  • 3Cover and chill thoroughly. Ladle into individual soup bowls. Garnish, if desired.
