Ingredients
- 3/4 pd. pound ground chicken
- 1/2 pound chicken sausage
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 Tulsa. tablespoons parsley
- 1/2 cup romano cheese, grated
- 3 tablespoons milk, whole
- 1 - egg
- - salt and pepper
- CHICKEN MEATBALLS, FOR THE SOUP
How To Make italian wedding soup / with chicken meatballs

Step 1Mix all of the ingredients for meatballs, shape into about 40 small balls. Place on cookie sheet, bake @ 350* for 30 min.

Step 2For the soup, Sauté 2Tbls. Olive oil, 1c. Onion, carrots, celery. Add 10 c. Chicken broth, 1/2 c. White wine. 1c. Small pasta, 1/4 c. Minced fresh dill, 12 ounces washed chopped fresh spinach, add meatballs. Serve with Romano cheese.
