  • 2 cans diced tomatoes--undrained
  • 1 teaspoon oregano--dried
  • 1 teaspoon basil--dried
  • 6 cups spinach--fresh--chopped
  • - shredded parmesan (opt)

    IN DUTCHOVEN OR LG PAN, ADD ONIONS,GARLIC,--SAUTE UNTIL DONE. ADD CHICKEN CUBES, CHICKEN BROTH, TOMS., BASIL, OREGANO. COOK UNCOVERED UNTIL CHICKEN IS TENDER (OR YOU CAN PRE-COOK THE CHICKEN AHEAD OF TIME TO HASTEN THE TOTAL COOKING TIME)
  • Step 2
    ADD CHOPPED SPINACH, HEAT UNTIL WILTED & DONE.
  • Step 3
    CAN SERVE WITH PARMESAN CHEESE SPRINKLED ON TOP WHEN SERVING
