Ingredients
- 1 large beaten egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup sifted flour
How To Make homemade noodles

Step 1Mix egg, salt and milk; add enough flour to make a stiff dough.

Step 2Roll out very thin on a floured surface. Let stand for 20 min.

Step 3Roll up and slice 1/8" thickness; spread out and let dry for 2 hours.

Step 4Makes 3 cups of uncooked noodles. Drop in soups or boiling water to cook for other recipes.
