How to Make Homemade noodles
- 1Mix egg, salt and milk; add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
- 2Roll out very thin on a floured surface. Let stand for 20 min.
- 3Roll up and slice 1/8" thickness; spread out and let dry for 2 hours.
- 4Makes 3 cups of uncooked noodles. Drop in soups or boiling water to cook for other recipes.
