Ingredients

  • 4-5 - potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 4 cups water
  • 16 ounces bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 pound cubed velveeta cheese

How To Make heidelberg soup

  • Step 1
    Boil until tender: potatoes, onion, water and frozen vegetables. Than add 2 cans cream of celery soup.
  • Step 2
    Turn heat down and add 1 pound cubed Velveeta Cheese. heat until melted.
  • Step 3
    Can make ahead and keep in the refrigerator for a day or two.
