Ingredients For heidelberg soup

4-5potatoes (peeled and diced)

1 smdiced onion

4 cwater
-
16 ozbag frozen mixed vegetables

2 cancream of celery soup

1 lbcubed velveeta cheese
How To Make heidelberg soup

1Boil until tender: potatoes, onion, water and frozen vegetables. Than add 2 cans cream of celery soup.

2Turn heat down and add 1 pound cubed Velveeta Cheese. heat until melted.

3Can make ahead and keep in the refrigerator for a day or two.
