My son loves this soup. I have tried adding eggs and bit of chicken too and it tastes good.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter, cold
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/4 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/4 cup green beans
- 1/4 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 can mushrooms, fresh
- 1/4 cup peas, cooked
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk, 2%
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
- - salt to taste
How To Make healthy veggie soup

Step 1Heat butter in a deep sauce pan on medium heat.

Step 2Add minced garlic and cook for 30 secs.

Step 3Add onions and saute for 30 secs.

Step 4Add all the veggies finely chopped and saute on a slow flame for 3-4 minutes.

Step 5Add salt and pepper and stir.

Step 6Add flour and stir for a minute so it cooks.

Step 7Add water and milk and stir well.

Step 8Cook for a minute or untill warm and its ready to serve.
