butter, cold
1 clove
1/4 c
1/4 c
carrots, chopped
1/4 c
green beans
1/4 c
broccoli florets
1/4 can(s)
mushrooms, fresh
1/4 c
peas, cooked
2 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
all purpose flour
1 c
milk, 2%
1 c
1/4 tsp
pepper powder
salt to taste

How to Make Healthy Veggie Soup


  • 1Heat butter in a deep sauce pan on medium heat.
  • 2Add minced garlic and cook for 30 secs.
  • 3Add onions and saute for 30 secs.
  • 4Add all the veggies finely chopped and saute on a slow flame for 3-4 minutes.
  • 5Add salt and pepper and stir.
  • 6Add flour and stir for a minute so it cooks.
  • 7Add water and milk and stir well.
  • 8Cook for a minute or untill warm and its ready to serve.
