My son loves this soup.
I have tried adding eggs and bit of chicken too and it tastes good.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, cold
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 1/4 c
    onion
  • 1/4 c
    carrots, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    green beans
  • 1/4 c
    broccoli florets
  • 1/4 can(s)
    mushrooms, fresh
  • 1/4 c
    peas, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    milk, 2%
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper powder
  • ·
    salt to taste

How to Make Healthy Veggie Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat butter in a deep sauce pan on medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 secs.
  3. Add onions and saute for 30 secs.
  4. Add all the veggies finely chopped and saute on a slow flame for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add salt and pepper and stir.
  6. Add flour and stir for a minute so it cooks.
  7. Add water and milk and stir well.
  8. Cook for a minute or untill warm and its ready to serve.
