How to Make Green Chili Stew from the Palace
- Saute the beef, which has been cut in one-half inch squares, until brown.
- Add the flour, oregano, cumin and garlic and broth and bring to a boil. Place on low heat and simmer 30 minutes.
- Add potatoes and simmer for 40 minutes more.
