4 chulled strawberries

1 csugar

1 csour cream
-
4 ccold water

1 cclaret wine
How To Make fruit soup

1Rub the strawberries through a fine sieve, or puree them in a blender or food processor. Place them into a large cooking pot.

2Add the sugar, then the sour cream, and mix well. Add the water and wine and heat very slowly over low heat, stirring with a WOODEN SPOON. Do not boil. Serve warm or cold.

3When serving cold, you may garnish with a few whole berries. Can also make this soup using raspberries either alone or with strawberries.
