lean ground beef
2 pkg
taco seasoning packages ( your choice on the " heat " )
head lettuce
4 large
tomatoes chopped
1 can(s)
black olives chopped
1/2 lb
grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb
grated mexi blend cheese
2 Tbsp
red hot sauce - your choice
1 tsp
red pepper flakes
4 can(s)
chicken broth - 10.5 ounce cans
1 tsp
garlic salt
1/2 c
fresh cilantro
1 bunch
green onions - chopped
salt to taste

How to Make Fireman Bob's Kickin and Screamin Taco Soup


  • 1Brown the ground beef till done
    Add the taco seasoning packages and garlic salt while browning the beef.
    Dice up the tomatoes, black olives, green onions, and cilantro
  • 2Cut lettuce up into small pieces
    When beef is done, add all the ingredients to a Large Pot except for the cheese and add the broth - bring to boil and then simmer for 10 minutes...
  • 3Blend together the Cheddar and Mexi Blend Cheese then add the Cheese at serving...
  • 4Enjoy!!!!!
