Ingredients For fireman bob's kickin and screamin taco soup

  • 3 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 2 pkg
    taco seasoning packages ( your choice on the " heat " )
  • 1
    head lettuce
  • 4 lg
    tomatoes chopped
  • 1 can
    black olives chopped
  • 1/2 lb
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb
    grated mexi blend cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    red hot sauce - your choice
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 4 can
    chicken broth - 10.5 ounce cans
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/2 c
    fresh cilantro
  • 1 bunch
    green onions - chopped
  • salt to taste

    Brown the ground beef till done Add the taco seasoning packages and garlic salt while browning the beef. Dice up the tomatoes, black olives, green onions, and cilantro

    Cut lettuce up into small pieces When beef is done, add all the ingredients to a Large Pot except for the cheese and add the broth - bring to boil and then simmer for 10 minutes...

    Blend together the Cheddar and Mexi Blend Cheese then add the Cheese at serving...
