Ingredients

  • 3 pounds lean ground beef
  • 2 packages taco seasoning packages ( your choice on the " heat " )
  • 1 - head lettuce
  • 4 large tomatoes chopped
  • 1 can black olives chopped
  • 1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pound grated mexi blend cheese
  • 2 tablespoons red hot sauce - your choice
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 cans chicken broth - 10.5 ounce cans
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 bunch green onions - chopped
  • - salt to taste

How To Make fireman bob's kickin and screamin taco soup

  • Step 1
    Brown the ground beef till done Add the taco seasoning packages and garlic salt while browning the beef. Dice up the tomatoes, black olives, green onions, and cilantro
  • Step 2
    Cut lettuce up into small pieces When beef is done, add all the ingredients to a Large Pot except for the cheese and add the broth - bring to boil and then simmer for 10 minutes...
  • Step 3
    Blend together the Cheddar and Mexi Blend Cheese then add the Cheese at serving...
  • Step 4
    Enjoy!!!!!
