Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/8 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
- - chopped green onions for garnish
How To Make egg drop soup

Step 1In 2 Tb. sesame oil, cook onions until transparent. Add broth and slowly bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add salt, pepper, ginger and soy sauce and stir for 1 minute.

Step 2Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Slowly add eggs to the soup and gently stir until strands form.
