This is the way my Mom makes Stew and passed it on to me and now I am sharing with you. I am not a fan of "gravy" based Stew and this one is different...It's light refreshing and tasty....oh and so easy to make your kids could do it! Enjoy!!

How to Make Easy Crock Pot Stew

  1. Put all ingredients in a large crockpot I usually add all veggies and meat first pouring the V-8 Juice in last.
  2. Cook on high for about 1 1/2, then reduce heat and continue cooking under meat is cooked and veggies are tender. It's just that easy!!!
  3. Another option is just to set it on medium and head to work, school, etc and it will be done and ready for dinner when you get home.
